edit q3config.cfg:

• ‘seta r_customwidth’ to the width of your monitor
• ‘seta r_customheigth’ to the height of your monitor
• ‘seta r_mode’ to ‘-1′
• ‘seta cg_fov’ to ’115′ (to use the extra pixels)
